Create an automatic signatureThis is a featured page


Use the Tools menu to select Options.
Click the Mail Format tab.
Click the Signatures button near the bottom. Click the New button.
Give your signature file a name. Click Next.
Type and format your signature. Click Finish. Click OK (or Edit if you wish to make changes). Notice this signature is designated for new messages. You many choose to also use this signature for replies and forwards. Click OK.
