Create an offline backup of my Shen website
| 1.) Login to FrontPage and open your web (ie: http://www.shenet.org/high) |  |
| 2.) Navigate to your folder but do not open it. | |
| 3.) Click File >> New >>Page or web. | |
| 4.) Choose Empty Web from the task pane on the right. |  |
| 5.) Click the browse button and create a folder in either your F drive or another location ( C drive, Flash drive, etc) After clicking the browse button remember to use the new folder icon to create the folder. |  |

| 6.) A new front page window pops up. Shrink both the FrontPage windows so you can see them side by side. Left Click and Drag the folder from the BOCES website into your new folder. Everything in the BOCES web folder will be copied into you new folder location. |  |
| 7.) If in the future you wish to update this copy skip step 3,4,5. Instead go to File>>Open web>>(choose the web folder you previously created to store your offline version of the website) |
